    Our third party partners, such as web analytics companies and third party ad networks, may collect information about you and your online activities over time and across our Websites, services, platforms and other online properties. These third parties may not change their tracking practices in response to DNT settings in your web browser and we do not obligate these parties to honor DNT settings.

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who subscribe to our Subscription Services are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy.

B. Use of Geolocation Information

We use Geolocation Information to operate and improve the Websites and to provide you with a better experience when you interact with UI Bakery. We may also use Geolocation Information alone or in combination with Personal Information to provide you with personalized information about UI Bakery. Geolocation Information, such as IP address, is used to approximate your location. For example, we may use your approximate location to provide content that has been translated or send emails at certain times using your local time zone.

C. Use of Payment Information

If you give us Payment information, we use it solely as authorized by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order for you to use the UI Bakery, including to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

D. Social Media Features

Our Websites include social media features and links, such as the Facebook Like button, Twitter links, and the like. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.

Our Websites provide links to other websites of third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose any information through our public message boards, blogs, or forums, this information may be collected and used by others. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use https://uibakery.io/terms-of-service.

5. Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements). If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may: remain viewable in cached and archived pages or have been copied or stored by other Website users.

We use a variety of commercially reasonable security technologies and procedures, such as encryption and hashing, to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The Company is a business, and does not sell Personal Data. This notice is for people located in the EEA. Our collection of personal data of people who are in the EEA is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), which requires us to provide you with information about your personal information.
